I decided to wash a blanket that my kids forgot outside overnight. It was rained on, so it had a strong damp, old smell to it. I through it in the washer, added some of my regular powder detergent, and the Febreze In Wash Odor Eliminator.
After the blanket was washed, I smelled it before putting it in the dryer. It smelled great, just like my detergent! No more wet smell, no more stinky smell! it smelled light and airy, like my detergent is suppose to smell. Into the dryer the blanket went!
Again! After tumbling through the dryer, the blanket came out smelling amazing. I wouldve never thought that this blanket was left outside all night while a storm came through. it smelled so bad before, it normally would've taken 2 or even 3 washes to get this smell out!
